ASSESSMENTS
OnBaseU Assessment performed by a certified OnBaseU instructor. Athletes will be assessed using the OnBaseU method which will assess the athlete's physical ability to perform the unique movement patterns in baseball that are necessary to perform at a high level.For more information click here.

Cognitive Evaluation (coming soon)
Sport Specific Cognition Evaluation. The same evaluation that some professional and college organizations give their players and recruits.
Players will take a 30-45 minute eval on a specialized computer system that will bring visibility to an athlete's cognitive skill sets and it identifies their strengths, weaknesses and the "whys" behind their performance. The player will receive a score report revealing the player's scores of the their abilities along with their overall score where they can compare their score to other athletes in their reference group. Players will also receive a player development training report detailing training tactics designed to raise their performance level.
